Hi,

I submit an issue and pull request to fix some File Transfer related issues in
Windows 8.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-4955
https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-file-transfer/pull/5

Windows 8's version of File Transfer Plugin do not append specified headers in
File Transfer upload and download methods. This patch fix that.

If you plan to add Windows 8 support in 3.1.0 release it could be great to
merge this branch...

Cordialement.

Yeah, let's push for today.
My win8 changes to plugins don't affect this, but the win8 cli stuff does
affect cordova-cli release, although it should not modify other platforms.
We should start by updating our js throughout, assuming there are no more
coming changes.
