(Sorry, I dropped the ball on this and checked out pretty hard over the
holidays.)

We have a test lab with ~15 Android devices and ~10 iOS devices, all with
varying OS levels and availability (sometimes testers need to borrow a
device for a few days.) We also have some Windows phone, Windows 8, and
Blackberry devices but I have not added these to the system yet. FYI, my
"Plugable USB 2.0 4-port Hub"s are working great (except for Samsung
devices, boo!. I know David has checked out a few different USB hub models
too - eventually we should consolidate this data to help anyone else set up
a test lab.)

+1 for setting up a buildbot master. We are still working on getting a
private network set up that wont be able to access the corporate intranet
though, so until that happens I don't think we can use the Apache machine.
We can probably replicate our couchdb though.

+1 for consolidating test results on a central couchdb hosted on the Apache
machine. It will be great to finally see our full device/os coverage across
the community.
