It depends what you're doing.
https://wiki.apache.org/cordova/CommandLineToolingDesign#Errors is the
contract.
+console.log("Build is not implemented");
^ this is clearly an exit 1 case according to the contract.
If you're just trying to shut something up, that's kind of odd.
Will there never be a build phase for FirefoxOS ?
How are people going to use Cordova w/ the change you're proposing?
