CB-6715 [webOS] Upgrade webOS Cordova project tool/template
Upgrading for both Cordova 3.x standards as well as for the new
backwards-compatible tool, ares-webos-sdk (due for public release in the next
few days). If you want to hold off on integration until after ares-webos-sdk
goes public, I'm fine with that. Tested on Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.9, and
Ubuntu 14.04.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/JayCanuck/cordova-webos webOS
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-webos/pull/2.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
