BB10 on Cordova 3.4.0

Someone I was talking to today was under the impression that as of Cordova 
3.4.0, not all the APIs / core plugins are present on BB10, and that they would 
need to call WebWorks APIs directly where that presence (core plugins) is 
missing. I think they are wrong and that BB10 has full plugin support in 3.4.0, 
but wanted to verify with the RIM folks or others that have actual BB10 
experience. Thanks!
