Hi Josh,

I've went ahead and switched issues.cordova.io to use the same redirect
approach as docs.cordova.io.

Source Code:
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=cordova-labs.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/issues-cordova-io

Usage:
The README.md explains everything [1].

The redirect server is hosted by Heroku. You can add yourself as a
collaborator by providing me with your Heroku username. I've already added
Andrew and Shazron. In my experience, Heroku is quite reliable, so
hopefully we will not need to do server restarts.

Redirect Logic:
http://issues.cordova.io => https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB
http://issues.cordova.io/CB-7289 =>
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-7289

Cheers!
Michael
