CB-7960 Add cordova-plugin-globalization support for browser platform Added Browser platform support Updated the docs Implementation is based on [Intl (ECMA-402)](http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/standards/Ecma-402.htm) and [moment.js](http://momentjs.com/).
