Folks,

I am also hearing that this is a problem for CLI users on a new machine or if
they have just started using Cordova for the first time. "www" seems to result
in a connection refused.

Creating a new cordova project with name "HelloCordova" and id "io.cordova.hello
cordova" at location "D:\cordova\tmp2"
Downloading cordova library for www...
Error: connect ECONNREFUSED
    at errnoException (net.js:904:11)
    at Object.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (net.js:895:19)

Expected? I didn't connect the dots here myself. I was just thinking about
source access not distros. Another reason to move to npm for everything?
