CB-8686 - remove musicLibrary capability
Media plugin by default requests musicLibrary capability but it's not using
it. It should be removed since, it's not required.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/MSOpenTech/cordova-plugin-media CB-8686
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
