Prevent Fatal Exception on download abort.
Tested in a Ionic Application on my Nexus 5 (Android 5.1): without the
added try/catch, the application sometimes crash with a fatal error.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/virix/cordova-plugin-file-transfer master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
