CB-9057: Replaced the Windows 10 Preview version of WinJS with the latest
base.js
Pulled the WinJS branch from github and built it then migrated to only
base.js. This removes the WinJS UI dependency and reduces build overhead.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/MSOpenTech/cordova-windows CB-9057
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-windows/pull/80.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
