1 - Yes, the goal for this page is to eventually replace current plugin search page. CPR will be read-only on july 15th and everyone here agreed that using npmjs.com isn't the best experience when it comes to plugin searching. The idea is to offer a better user experience from our cordova domain. 2- The website is a static page. At this point, I don't think we want to host a backend service.
