CB-9654 'cordova run browser' -> duplicate 'CTRL + C' messages.
Utilize *cordova-serve*'s `noServerInfo` flag to prevent it from displaying
this info, since *cordova-browser* wants to display specific info that includes
the correct html file.
Also bump required *cordova-serve* version to the version that supports
this flag.
