Implemented 404 page with redirect for old docs links
Adds a simple 404 page in desperate need of styling that redirects old
documentation links to their new paths (if they exist).
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/riknoll/cordova-docs cordova-website-404
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
