Made the first heading in each docs page the page title
Accomplished using the same regex that generates the keyword index page. I
did not personally check all 9,125 docs files that changed, so merge with
caution. Also adds the ability to give a title prefix to a page (these need to
be translated for all of the languages in the docs)
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/riknoll/cordova-docs
cordova-website-docs-titles
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-docs/pull/357.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
