Improving In-Development ("Edge") Page Logic
- Added a "this is edge" message to edge versions.
- Made nonexistent docs versions still clickable.
- Now there are two messages: "this is edge", and "this is not the latest".
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/MSOpenTech/cordova-docs
cordova-website-edge-warning
