BTW `<allow-navigation href="http:*" />` and `<allow-navigation
href="https:*" />` don't crash and result in
```xml
<key>null</key>
<dict>
<key>NSExceptionAllowsInsecureHTTPLoads</key>
<true/>
</dict>
```
and
```xml
<key>null</key>
<dict/>
```
correspondingly.
Not sure if they work in this case though.
