Issue 4 I'm not so sure since we don't want to play a game of "keeping up with the difference in distributions" but a general "Cordova is to [PhoneGap/Ionic/etc] like how WebKit is to Safari or how Chromium is to Chrome" If you would like to take a stab at implementing these, please look at https://github.com/apache/cordova-docs and send a pull request as well.
