@daserge That PR looks reasonable to me. I might be able to work around
this bug by setting `AutoHideSplashScreen` to `false` when it is supported on
all of my platforms.
However, the bug that I reported with this PR still exists -- if
`AutoHideSplashScreen` is `true` and someone calls `show()` while it is
visible, the behavior is unexpected.
