To be clear, we as a project don't release iOS on CocoaPods. This is done external to the project, and uses sanctioned tags off the Github repo (its just a podspec definition file).
coho also acts as a "howto release" doc repo, so we can add the documentation that you were planning to do could go there, or we can link to the experimental docs from the coho release docs.
