An npm human contacted me about the site being down. We announced on April 15, 2015, that it has a life of 6 months: http://cordova.apache.org/announcements/2015/04/21/plugins-release-and-move-to-npm.html
6 months would be Oct 15, now it's 12 months later. Users on old CLIs should migrate to version 5.x or greater (and I assume the cordova-registry-mapper is still operational). R.I.P.
