Expose CDVCommandStatus enum to Swift
This allows Swift plugins to write code like
```swift
CDVPluginResult(status: .ERROR)
```
rather than
```swift
CDVPluginResult(status: CDVCommandStatus_ERROR)
```
Its use in Objective C is unchanged.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/dpogue/cordova-ios swift-enum
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
