Expose CDVCommandStatus enum to Swift This allows Swift plugins to write code like ```swift CDVPluginResult(status: .ERROR) ``` rather than ```swift CDVPluginResult(status: CDVCommandStatus_ERROR) ``` Its use in Objective C is unchanged.
