patch method
We using Django Rest Framework, and there sending partial updates as a
PATCH method a standard. So PATCH *SHOULD* be at list an option for this module.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/theromis/cordova-plugin-file-transfer master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
