You can read there that there are 3 different pull requests to add quality
and all of them want to do it in a different way. We voted and decided that the
quality should be
0 - Low
... // Other possible values in the future
0.5 - Medium // Only iOS
... // Other possible values in the future
1 - High
So, one of the 3 PRs should be changed to work this way, or a new PR should
be created to work this way. Once that is done I'll merge it.
