What I mean is that not all people who uses inappbrowser need the download
functionality that we are developing in this pull request, and probably they
don't want that the user see storage permissions in they app. The current
stable version of inappbrowser don't make downloads: when you click a link to
file just nothing happens and the app don't crash - No downloads, no
permissions.
To make a definitive pull request to official code i think the storage
permission (and the functionality, of course) should be optional to let the
developers choice enable it or not. Maybe something configurable in app
config.xml.
