I recently discovered an issue that the webview on iPadOS (iOS 13 for iPads basically tries to load sites in desktop mode by setting its user agent to Mac instead of iPad. I think we should add an option to cordova-ios and inappbrowser to allow users to change that default setting. Now I need ideas from you what would be the best way to change that setting and the best default setting.
