* I have terminated the first release vote because both the repo &
package did not contain the LICENSE & NOTICE files.
* I have resubmitted the vote with the LICENSE & NOTICE files included.
Please review & vote for the new submission. The new email has the title of:
“[VOTE] cordova-common 4.0.1 Release (2nd submission)"
