Dennis E. Hamilton commented on COR-21:
---------------------------------------
I'm not confident that is where this is happening. This does not occur for any
of the other extracts, as far as I can tell, and it doesn't happen when the
extract is into a Windows file system on the same machine.
Go into extract_downloads.bat and change the position of the CALL :ZLIB in the
list of calls to individual extraction routines.
Does this change anything?

> Peter reported failures of the extract_downloads script when operating on a
> share from within a Windows 7 VMware Guest.
> A similar problem has been replicated with a Windows 10 Guest on Hyper-V.
> It smells like some sort of race condition.
> Some use on shared drives work, others fail.
