On the topic of cloud - and this might be somewhat different due what you had
in mind for this issue, but anyway - I think there's a lot of potential for us
to promote Corinthia (particularly with the editor, running in-browser) as an
open source alternative to Google Docs and similar web apps.
One of the main problems with the current web-based editors like Google Docs is
that they're hosted on the public Internet. This is a major security concern,
due to the well-known potential of such services to be compromised. For
organisations that want a web-based app but don't their data hosted externally
to their network, the ability to host it internally within the organisation's
own network would, I think, be quite attractive. At to that the fact that it's
open source - and you have two major benefits that you can't get from Google
et. al.
There is are also many proprietary and open source content management systems
which are often deployed on internal networks but lack built-in editing
capabilities, and integration with Corinthia could be attractive to some of
those as well.
