Although #pragma once is supported in Visual Studio since at least VS 2003, it 
is interesting that the MSDN page applicable to the recent VS 2015 RC release 
has more details:

This is more support for making the change though, not less.

I’ll volunteer, it won’t take me long :)

I agree it’s a good idea and we should do it. I didn’t realise until now that 
it was so widely supported.
