Paul Joseph Davis resolved COUCHDB-69.
--------------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: 0.10
Assignee: Paul Joseph Davis
We've beat it into peoples heads to not rely on the internal _revisions for
user access except for in the hopefully rare "Oops undo" situation. If someone
has a convincing argument to implement this feel free to reopen.

> At the moment, compaction gets rid of all old revisions of a document. Also,
> replication also deals with the latest revision. It would be nice if it would
> be possible to specify a list of revisions to keep around that do not get
> compacted away and replicated.
