Won't that break attachments to design documents? Those are pretty fundamental
to couchapps.
Also: my recollection is that the URLs were changed quite recently to the
current format to make them *more* RESTful - specifically, that lists and shows
could link to each other using relative URLs, without having to have hard-coded
knowledge of the design document they were sitting in.
