Upgrade Futon's json2.js and jquery.js

Fix For: 0.10
The json2.js file currently being used by Futon is over a year old and contains
bugs and security issues. I've updated it to the most recent version on
json.org <http://www.json.org/json2.js> and all the tests pass on FF3.0 and
FF3.5. Also, you can upgrae jquery to 1.3.2. All tests also pass with this
upgrade.
