erlang_views.js (and other tests) not installed

erlang_views.js test is not installed, and it looks like two others are missing
too.

I think this problem has occurred before. Ideally it would be good if
loadScript() were able to raise an error, but I don't know if that's possible.
Furthermore: even after fixing this, "form_submit" doesn't appear in the test
suite, but there is a "form_upload" test. This appears to be just a naming
inconsistency.
