It's not only the css, we need to add the couchdb.py theme file to
wiki/data/plugin/theme, images and stylesheets to wiki/htdocs/couchdb
and, at least for MoinMoin version 1.8.5, add a wikiconfig_local.py (for
1.6.x the wikiconfig.py may has to be edited, I'm not sure).
My guess is that the INFRA-team has to do it, which would really suck as
we would have to wait for them for every change we want to apply.
