It depends on the size of the data inbetween headers. In my case, I have 1k of 
document and ~60k of attachment per document, so the overhead vanishes. If you 
have smaller documents and no attachments, then the overhead is much higher, 
but your database is also much smaller, so compaction is much more feasible.
