futon doesn't raise a popup anymore to ask for login if needed

Since latest change, futon doesn't raised a window to ask for login if needed.
Steps to reproduce :
try to delete a db with an admin user set, you only get "The database could not
be deleted: You are not a server admin." message. It would be more intuitive to
raise popup or something that ask for a login. Here I lost some time to
understand what to do. Especially since login was at the bottom.
