Implement all the methods in jquery.couch.js in couch.js as well

Some methods only exist in jquery.couch.js and not yet in couch.js:
- signup
- copyDoc
- bulkRemove
- allApps
- config
- compactView
For sake of less irritation, it would be cool to have them implemented in both
ways.
