Just overheard some chatter on IRC on confusion about what permissions
anonymous users have on a given database. I realized that it might be useful
for Futon to have a page that lists database with various abilities for user
classes. Ie, a list of databases with things like "anonymous writes ok". As Max
puts it, "Like the admin party warning in usefulness, noob-mode friendly
alerts."
