On multiple occasions now I've had a messed-up .view file which takes forever
to open as couch_file scans backwards in 4k increments looking for a good
header. This prevents any view from being accessed, since couch_view blocks
waiting for the new view group to initialize.
We should take the same strategy as in couch_server and open the view group
asynchronously.
