To be more explicit if you have such configuration in your ini :
[daemons]
; httpd={couch_httpd, start_link, []}
httpsd = {couch_httpd, start_link, [https]}
couchdb will exit at startup because couch_httpd is not found in the list of
process registered by mochiweb. so the line:
mochiweb_socket_server:get(couch_httpd, port)
won't work.
