I noticed that the Fedora packaging from Peter Lemenkov installs the couchdb
apps into the base erlang directory.
This causes conflicts for make check when there is an installed couchdb already.
We should probably prefer the src paths with code:add_patha/1 instead of
add_pathz/1.
I pushed it to the branch with all the build cleanup stuff but I'll attach a
separate patch for documentation purposes.
