@Benoit Chesneau, like I said earlier. The test fails because the browser 
javascript can't send malformed UTF-8 to CouchDB's http. Browser will always 
try to correct the encoding before sending, therefore it's impossible to 
produce a "malformed UTF-8 sequence situation" via javascript. CouchDB's HTTP 
is always seeing the correct encoding. For UTF-8 attachment names to work, this 
test must be changed or even removed.
