In Futon, links to documents with an id containing an ' are not escaped properly

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create and save in Futon a new document with the 2-character ID "a'"
2) Return to the list of documents.
3) Click on the document you just created.
Expected behaviour:
You're brought to the document you selected.
Actual behaviour:
You get an error message "The document could not be retrieved: missing"
Additional notes: All the quote characters seem to have been stripped from the
HREF of the link, possibly due to incorrect escaping.
