Just went to check issues and other bits and pieces for 1.0.3. So far as I can tell, not one thing has been added to the NEWS or CHANGES for 1.0.3 and there are a couple issues open for 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 but I have no idea how JIRA works so I'm not sure if they're important or not.
