ssl is working since port is working on it.
I'm not sure we should make a vhost rule listening on both ports by default.
Default port is the non ssl one, and It sound wreird for me to autmatically
listen on ssl if we enable if.
About the port 80, the patch attached remove it by using default port. Where
are other locations where it's hardcoded ?
