Robert Newson resolved COUCHDB-1173.

Resolution: Fixed
Fixed by including the md5 in the stub, the receiving replicator process then
verifies the streamed content.
Stubs will now have "digest":"md5-<base64digest>" which might be handy in other
applications too.
