Hi,
Should no longer happen in the branch 1.1.x. You'll get an error message like
the following in the log/consoleIf:
[error] [<0.104.0>] Replication manager, error processing document `testrep1`:
Could not open source database `dba`: {db_not_found,<<"dba">>}
If after trying out the patch still happens, please reopen this ticket.
