Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I've measured performance of various sized attachments with ApacheBench and can
find no difference between 1.0.x and 1.1.x. I note that you also changed erlang
version in your comparison, which I did not do, though I don't think it likely
that the newer release is slower than the old one.
