Robert, from the next paragraph:
"To prevent vetos from being used capriciously, they must be accompanied by a
technical justification showing why the change is bad (opens a security
exposure, negatively affects performance, etc. ). A veto without a
justification is invalid and has no weight."
No is suggesting one person wants this change and can force it in. I am saying
that we don't refuse progress simply because someone finds it more complicated,
especially when it offers what users want.
